He is currently undertaking advanced training in sports chiropractic and strength and conditioning, further refining his ability to help patients move better, perform stronger and build long-term resilience.
Raff Martinez
Remedial Massage TherapistBefore transitioning into massage and wellness, Raff built an extensive career as an international volleyball player and coach, competing across both indoor and beach formats. He proudly represented the Mexican national volleyball team in numerous international tournaments and pre-Olympic events.
As a high-level athlete, Raff understands firsthand the physical demands of high performance sport — from pushing the body to its limits to managing the wear and tear that follows. Recognising that similar strains and imbalances can affect anyone through repetitive daily movements and workload, he chose to channel his experience into helping the broader community move better, recover well and perform at their best.

The sea is her reset button, inspiring her to create Open Dippers, a community grounded in connection, courage and a shared sense of salty joy.
Outside of her role at Lakelands Health and Performance, Laura teaches Pilates, helping people move with strength, confidence and a sense of enjoyment. She is also a proud mum to two beautiful children and two much-loved fur babies.
